FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Currently we do not ship but we do deliver locally in the southern Florida area.

While our cookies are baked fresh throughout the day and often are warm when packed for delivery, we cannot guarantee that they will arrive warm or hot. Unfortunately, traffic, weather, and unexpected delivery location challenges inhibit our ability to specify a delivery time.

You can always warm individual cookies to your liking by following these instructions:

  • Microwave an individual cookie for up to 10 seconds; OR
  • place it in a pre-heated toaster oven (300°) for 1 to 1 ½ minutes.
FRESHNESS

Our cookies, cakes and cupcakes are baked fresh to order and made without preservatives, so they are best enjoyed when received. All items will stay fresh for up to 7 days, wrapped and unrefrigerated.

Please do NOT refrigerate. Refrigeration causes baked goods to dry out.

STORING AND PACKAGING

IF you have not devoured your desserts within 2 days, we suggest that you freeze them and enjoy them individually, defrosting what you desire on any given day.

To preserve freshness, we recommend placing your cellophane-wrapped sweets inside of a resealable plastic bag or airtight container then freezing. If they are no longer in their original packaging, we recommend wrapping each item individually in plastic wrap before placing inside of a re-sealable plastic bag or airtight container.

To restore the texture, leave them out at room temperature until defrosted. If you prefer them warm, you can either place them in a microwave for 10-seconds or preheat a toaster oven or conventional oven to 300˚ and warm for one minute, or to your personal preference.
